Breads that contains potassium bromate
EU, Canada, and China believe that bread with potassium bromate is harmful to people. Why?
Most of bakeries use bromated flour that contains potassium bromate (KBr03) because it helps bread dough hold together. However, some studies reveal that this food additive is linked to kidney problems and harmful to nervous system. The International Agency for Research on Cancer labelled it as carcinogen.
