My friends and I always seem to try all types of things together. When I mean “all” types of things, I mean “all” types of things. We’ve dieted, worked out together tried types of body molding things techniques and even traveled to different spa destinations — all for the betterment of our bodies. So, when one of my friends found the Fat Decimator System, we all decided to try it to see how great it was. We had all seen it at one time or another on TV or some other ad, but now it was time to give it a try.
Why I felt using the Fat Decimator System was my last chance at being healthy
I think I was the one that struggled more than the others in the group of 4 of us. As I work from home, I don’t get much exercise except for running after our pack of furbabies as we call our five dogs. I tend to snack and not eat lunch cause I don’t think about it.

Age has everything to do with it! Aging is just something that happens to all of us, and some age better than others. My group and I during our search for a healthy living, weight loss and better bodies and a youthful we had searched many authority sites for information on food and nutrition (USDA) and more. We understood more from Kyle Cooper than we did from those sites. Here is the biggest thing we understood, and again it came from his interview. He was asked why his program worked so well.

This is what we had been looking for the final nail in the coffin now we just had to try it out for ourselves.

We had a 3-week system to work with
We had a 3-week system to work with which consisted of 4 phases, and it seemed easy, but there was a lot of work involved with it. So what exactly were these phases and what did they entail? Here is my take on them, and my description of them.
Phase 1 and The week 1
I love my vegetables so this wasn’t hard for me to do, some of the others in the group it was as they aren’t fond of some vegetables or vegetables at all. However here is what it entails and what it is for.
You are restricted to the types of foods you can and cannot eat. You have a list of 17 vegetables on that list you do have carrots, cabbage, and spinach. I had to omit the spinach as I am allergic to it. You can steam, microwave or eat them raw but not fried, roasted, grilled or any other way. Which saddened me cause I loved my cabbage boiled, and I wouldn’t eat my carrots unless they were cooked to mush.
You can have chicken, beef, eggs and other protein sources are allowed in limited amounts, and lots of water must be taken to detox the liver. I love chicken, so I was happy about that I have a special bottle that has been making me drink more water, so that was good. Plus I have fatty liver disease, so I have had to been watching what I eat anyway so this was even better.
Phase 2 my husband was not happy about because as I stated earlier, I am an epileptic and but I talked him into it for one day and said it shouldn’t be an issue. What is phase 2 it is just day eight on its own, and we all were grateful for that especially my husband– it’s a 24 hour fast.
This helped to cleanse our body’s even further and set us up for the next phase. Our last meal was in the evening of day 7, and my next meal was in the evening of day 8, so it’s wasn’t too much to worry about. It isn’t a whole day without eating from rising to sleeping, but it does cover a 24 hour period. Plus our group and the family made a party out of the two nights doing a family type meal out of it. Which helped make it fun.
Phase 3 was our continue liver tune-up and burned off more of our body fat. It lasted for three days (days 8, 9, and 10) and involved a drastic change to our diet some struggled with this a bit more than others but we supported each other and got through it.
The goal her of the Fat Decimator System is to attempt to remove 80% of your calories from fat – that is to say natural fat, not processed trans-fat.
Studies have shown that when you limit carb intake, you can accelerate fat loss, and so Phase 1 &2 Primed our bodies to get them ready for phase 3, so it is was more likely to show a great change in the composition of our bodies.
This was the come-down phase, bringing our eating habits closer to what we had been used to previously, however, we now would have a calorie restriction based on the actual needs of our bodies for the last few days. Which some of the group was happy for.
Using a formula to calculate your BMR (Basal Metabolic Rate), we discovered how many calories our body burned while at rest. We had our groups math guru figure out everyone’s BMR.
Using this number to restrict the number of calories we consumed helped us to lose further weight but allowed our eating patterns to return to a maintainable state.
